August walk

Already a month ago when I did this walk, the heather was still in bloom, on my way I almost stepped on this little bird, I didn't see a nest or parent birds, I put him in a safer place just beside the path, maybe it was not the right thing to do but I was afraid someone else might not see him.

I think it's time to do a give away. What you see are all minatures of the real things. A mini bottle of liquor (product of Texel), a sheep key hanger, sheep milk soap (made out of Texel sheep milk) and a pair of wooden shoes (to small for your feet).

Spring has arrived, a good time to say goodbye to Winter. This is the same place as in one of my previous posts "Lifeless trees". In the 2nd image you see my daughter taking pictures. And yes Happyone, she does have a blog, you are right this time. lol

This is another URBan EXploration we did last year in Limburg (thank you Jeannette). Of course we had to go into forbidden territory.

We had to go through a fence and the forest. This is at the backside of the church.

This cross is made of strong iron, for this reason it is probably still there. On the way back we found an old road which made it much easier to get out.

Lifeless trees

I took this photo the last day of 2008, the water is frozen but we didn't get snow.

I wonder if these trees will ever be green again.
