Like the contrast of the rich colours with the pale corn stems, Dick;shows it off very nicely.
Very nice, Anna :)
Attractive and colorful bird.
He sure is pretty - nice and colorful.
Your pictures are always so nice and clear. The pheasant is very colorful. I wonder if there are snakes in that cornfield also.
This Cock Pheasant did well surviving the hunters... I must admit though that they are as tasty to eat as they are beautiful to look at.
Oh, he is so beautiful! You've captured him nicely! Fantastic shot!!!
They can be a bit shy & difficult to photograph --- nice shot!
Really a nice pheasant. I seldom see them anymore.
How pretty! Oddly enough, I saw my first pheasant today while driving. It was wandering along the side of a road. Lovely birds.
Hi Dick,Nice photography and also the name of the bird ,I changed my tmeplate to a bigger size...I Like your blog...
Wonderful shot!!...oops...I mean, picture!! lolol
I wish I had your archives. Beautiful bird. I hope you only shot it with the camera!
Beautifully captured shot!
Phew ... the line about the bird came before the picture and for a moment I thought that I would see a photo of a semi-naked girl. (they call girls birds here in England, I I have lived here too long)
Weer een superscherpe opname Dick.Zat je ergens verscholen of was hij gewoon erg mak?Jammer dat je geen Kanon had in plaats van een Canon. Dan had hij niet alleen mooi, maar ook lekker geweest.
What a beautiful bird, all those colors
I've not seen a pheasant for years but then I don't go driving down country lanes these days mores the pity.
This is such a great shot, love it.
What a wonderful bird!
Phantastic photo of the pheasant!
Oh! Breathtaking! The only time I ever saw a pheasant was on an icy snowy dirty road. It was running across the road but tried to stop before the ditch and skidded! For real! And then fell on its head! If only one had a video camera when one needs one!
