Pheasant

I think it's time for a bird. This is what I found in my archive, a photo of a Pheasant in a harvested cornfield.

Like the contrast of the rich colours with the pale corn stems, Dick;
shows it off very nicely.

Your pictures are always so nice and clear. The pheasant is very colorful. I wonder if there are snakes in that cornfield also.

This Cock Pheasant did well surviving the hunters... I must admit though that they are as tasty to eat as they are beautiful to look at.

How pretty! Oddly enough, I saw my first pheasant today while driving. It was wandering along the side of a road. Lovely birds.

Phew ... the line about the bird came before the picture and for a moment I thought that I would see a photo of a semi-naked girl. (they call girls birds here in England, I I have lived here too long)

Weer een superscherpe opname Dick.
Zat je ergens verscholen of was hij gewoon erg mak?
Jammer dat je geen Kanon had in plaats van een Canon. Dan had hij niet alleen mooi, maar ook lekker geweest.

Oh! Breathtaking! The only time I ever saw a pheasant was on an icy snowy dirty road. It was running across the road but tried to stop before the ditch and skidded! For real! And then fell on its head! If only one had a video camera when one needs one!
