Hi Dick,

Thanks for visiting my blog and my birds blog. I appreciate it a lot. You mentioned about your bird photos. Well, I have been doing it a long time and I use my own backyard as a place to take their pictures. I also use an old dead cherry tree to photograph the birds showing now. It takes a lot of patience but once you know or can predict what the birds will do, then your paitence pays off. Your dead tree photo is excellent and shows what time and nature does to trees and it will get progressively worse until the tree falls down. Birds and especially woodpeckers like dead and dying trees.

Hi dick! I like dead tree pictures and this one is very nice. I took a picture of one last week but your's is better. So is your picture of the tombstones. Like Abe, I'm fortunate to live where there are a lot of things to attract wildlife. Thanks for your nice comment today!
