Early Christmas

I took this photo last summer, no Christmas, I think they celebrated some finished work at their boat.

Does it have something to do with their completing a refitting? Or is it for the holidays?

Nice picture. It is amazing how boats are made and they float....better yet how planes are built and they stay in the air. Good thing I didn't build them.

As for your question on my blog, no, I do not play the piano. I wish I did. Our daughter started taking piano lessons when she was 7 1/2 years old. When she was 14 she became our church pianist. She is now 25 and has been our church pianist all these years. She did take off about 3 months when she had brain surgery to remove a cancerous brain tumor and through her radiation. But she is cancer free now and playing the piano again.

They sometimes put trees on top of tall buildings when they are completed too.
Great photo.

:) Yes, probably so. In Hungary they do the same on house construction - and the tree they stick on top has ribbons too.

Although you don't see much of the boat, it is still exiting.

If it's like here - that is what they did. Sometimes they use a flag.
The company is to stand them a glass of "the good stuff" to mark the occasion, otherwise...
