Not perfect

Voor de eerste paddestoelfoto heb ik deze gekozen. Ze zijn niet perfect gevormd en daarom vind ik het wel een leuke foto, is weer eens wat anders.

For the first mushroom photo I have chosen these. They are not perfect shaped and that is why I like this photo.

They photograph nice.

Mooie herfst plaat, de vorm van de natuur is altijd mooi ook al is hij niet perfect, hier heb ik nog geen paddestoelen gezien.

I've never seen mushrooms like those. They sure made a pretty picture!
You must live in a very beautiful place if it is like Cumberland Island. Do you have hurricanes there? I've googled before. I'm going to google Texel again.

It sounds like a paradise and you were born there? It really sounds very similar to Cumberland. I couldn't find out much about the weather.

I have never seen mushrooms like these either. These are so pretty. And like Mike, the leaves make a nice background. You did good......again. ;)

They are colorful, I think the slices add some interest.

Dick, I'm tagging you (again, I see) today. See our post at www.wassenaardailyphoto.blogspot.com.

Gorgeous aminitas--they are aminitas, right? Anyway, lovely mushrooms, lovely photos, I like that they aren't "perfect" (they look pretty perfect to me) and it's a great composition.

I've never seen mushrooms like these. The color is wonderful against grass and leaves. Beautiful composition.

They look like round pieces of cheese with slices taking out of them! ;)

These are definitely toadstools and very poisonous. Not edible mushrooms at all. I forget what they are called but they often grow around birch trees.

Great picture.. I have an idea that this is called the 'Fly Agaric' and it is very toxic... it was smoked by druids, and is the most powerful of whats known as 'Magic' muchrooms. Fairy's are often seen sitting by these, and it's all linked with the so called magic within..but like I have said the toxin is very powerful and should be avoided.

Great composition in your photo. The different shapes and textures plus the colors makes for a fine photo. I know you're happy with it.

I've just done a post on my blog about the fly agaric fungus and have linked to half a dozen other fungi posts including yours here.
