Foto van de waterhoos afgelopen Maandag bij Oudeschild. De doorsnede ongeveer 80 meter. Vanuit Den Burg was het ook goed te zien maar deze foto niet door mij gemaakt is natuurlijk mooier en dit plaatje wil ik jullie niet onthouden.

You kindly posted a comment about my UFO (which is actually a light fixture), and I just thought I'd add, it really does put me in mind of a UFO when the pic is turned upside down. I should of posted it that way.
Keep up the great photography. Have you ever been stung by a bee? You have some closeups that made me wonder. ;)
Ohhhhh, I've never seen one and I hope I will never. I was on the island of Norderney de laatste dagen and my friend told me that there have been waterhosen two times in that region.

(Wendy) Yes I have been stung by a bee more than once but not this time.
This is a brilliant scene indeed. Hope it didn't cause any damages.
(sunkyoung) There was no damage, and it is not a photo made by me but I have seen it from a larger distance and it was very impressive indeed.
