Ohh my, look at this talking beauty! This photo made me thinking of how I missed animals. Here in front of me a mountain of papers, two laptops and a mouse under my hands:) Problem is where's the real mouse;)
Have a nice and sunshiny, full greeny weekend, Dick.
This photo made me smile and brought to my mind a kind of joke. I have a friend whose family name is the Spanish word for sheep (true, it's not very common, but there are some humans named 'Sheep' over here).
He's very proud of his name, and instead of saying hello to him, I greet him "Bèèh!". Of course he laughs.
I love the way the light reflects on the sheep of your pic. It gives them a fluffy appearance. Warm sweaters will be made with that wool!
Spring looks even in Holland at this time! You might wanna know, Dick that I posted my painting of the photo you gave me permission for - turned out decent. Thanks again!
I knew there would be Schaaps in Holland, Dick! The only thing is that they would probably greet 'Bààh' instead of 'Bèèh', like their Spanish relatives do, hahaha.
This is what I call globalisation, LOL.
((My Ductch is improving at the speed of the sound!))
Mooie lammetjes!
Dick, you requested to send my painting by email, but my Outlook Express does not work (it has never worked since I got this computer). Please send me your email address, by writing my email castlestgermain(at)hotmail(dot)com -thanks!.
Lovely picture of lovely animals. (I tended a flock for several years and also worked in a sheep cheese dairy. There is nothing sweeter than a little lamb.)
Dick, thanks for being brave enough to read my long history post. Your comment teaches me something I didn't know.

New life - the essence of spring beautifully caught.
It looks beautifully green and those sheep are looking well fed and content. It could almost be a picture of my homeland in the rural areas.
Where's all that pesky snow!!? Glad it's warming up for you sweetie!!hughugs
Beautiful shot!!!
Great backlighting!

Schattig hoor :)
Leni - "Schaap" is not an unusual name in the Netherlands. Maybe they are all related. lol
Jeannette - Your painting is fantastic.
OH! How pretty! I love the lighting on this! :-D SWEET!
WOOT!

Leni - you are doing well. lol.
Reader Will - Ja er is bos op Texel, een heel mooi bos zelfs maar niet zo heel groot net als alle andere dingen hier.
Just gorgeous and sweet. I think I said it, but I'll say it again--great lighting.
Hi Dick! What a gorgeous picture! Here it's Mehhhhhhhh... ;))
Great macro of the flower!
After the green, Blogtrotter entered the old town... ;)
Enjoy and have a great weekend! I’m going to be busy at the Music Fest (Bach’s legacy… ;))

I don't know how I missed this post. The sheep look nice and well fed. I helped give medication to sheep once many years ago. It was not fun.
I'm always so impressed by your shading
These are so cute. Nicely framed photo Dick. Anna :)
