Brownie Reflex

In een museum in Friesland zag ik deze camera. Het label zegt USA 1957-1962 maar op de camera staat "MADE IN ENGLAND". Heeft iemand van jullie ooit zo'n camera gehad?

In a museum in Friesland I saw this camera. The label says USA 1957-1962 but on the camera "MADE IN ENGLAND" . Has someone of you ever had such a camera?

Very nice

On May 31, 1954, I received as a gift a Brownie camera very much like this, but I no longer have it and do not remember the details.

Most of those I saw were actually brown in color instead of the black. But yes I remember these before this date though.

I was born during that time span so NOPE, I do not remember seeing a camera like that one.

My brother had a little box brownie back in the 1950's but I've never seen one like that. I'm surprised the museum let you take the picture.
Believe it or not Dick, I have lived on an island for a short time. Key West, Florida.

I can't even imagine shooting photos with a camera like that.
